Founder of TOMS and Creator of the One for One Movement
Speaker Bio
Blake Mycoskie, founder of TOMS and creator of the One for One movement, helped give over 100 million pairs of shoes to children in need—while quietly struggling with the belief that he was never enough.

After selling TOMS, that internal battle deepened. Despite outward success, he faced a profound depression and, at his lowest point, came close to ending his life. That moment led to a realization: the issue wasn’t external—it was the belief that he wasn’t enough.
From that awakening came ENOUGH, a movement reframing mental health and challenging the “not enough” mindset through simple symbols like the green bracelet, sold in pairs to keep and share.

He is also the host of No Magic Pill, a podcast offering honest, unfiltered conversations about mental health. Through this work, Blake rediscovered his entrepreneurial drive, now channeling it into ventures like Morning Water and Moovlab, focused on wellness and human performance.

A father, surfer, and photographer based in Santa Barbara, Blake now operates at the intersection of mental health, creativity, and entrepreneurship—guided by one belief: we are enough.
