Bryan Martin is President and Chief Investment Officer of Spectrum Financial, an Omaha-based family office focused on the lower middle market. Spectrum partners with founders, management teams, and investment professionals by providing flexible capital across a wide range of industries. The firm’s portfolio spans franchising, media, manufacturing, software, and more, with investments structured to include both control and non-controlling stakes, as well as tailored capital solutions at key inflection points.

Prior to leading Spectrum, Bryan worked across technology, banking, and consulting, and he most recently worked with the New Jersey and Indiana public retirement systems. He holds a BS and MBA from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business.
