Domenic Ficco is the CFO of Heritage Vet Partners. He joined Heritage in 2021 and has driven the company’s strategic growth initiatives through the successful execution of an M&A strategy focused on value creation. In all, he has nearly 20 years of financial leadership experience supporting businesses in the employee benefits, human healthcare and animal healthcare spaces. Domenic has a BA in Finance from Crieghton University, and he lives in Omaha with his wife and two children.
