Ryan Rodenburg currently serves as Special Advisor to the CEO and CFO at Syniti, where he provides strategic guidance on high-impact initiatives, always grounded in a people-first approach to leadership and decision-making.

Previously, Ryan served as Chief Operating Officer at Syniti, where he was instrumental in integrating operations and scaling the company following its merger with Data Migration Resources (DMR) — the firm he founded and led as CEO.

A serial entrepreneur with more than 20 years of experience, Ryan has dedicated his career to building high-performance teams and technology-enabled businesses. He is also the Founder and Managing Partner of Azul Ocean Ventures (AOV), a venture firm investing in game-changing technologies that drive sustainability, transform core industries, and advance the way we live and work.

When he’s not searching for his next sustainable investment, Ryan enjoys spending time on the lake and boating with his wife and three children, traveling, competing in barbecue cook-offs, and cheering on the Kansas City Chiefs.
