Pam Flucke is a CPA and senior financial executive with over 30 years of experience, including over 13 years in the transmission and distribution industry. She began her career at Deloitte & Touche, leading audits across multiple industries and building expertise in financial reporting, internal controls, and strategic data analysis.

She has since held senior finance roles at Gulf Industries and Ampirical, where she became the company’s first Controller. At Ampirical, she built the firm’s financial reporting and control framework from the ground up, led ERP implementations, expanded the accounting team fivefold, and now serves on the executive committee and as an advisor to the Board of Directors, shaping strategic growth. She has been instrumental in scaling the company from 50 to over 600 employees, played a key role in its first private equity investment, and successfully integrating three acquisitions.
