Steve is a Vice President in the Office of Government Affairs. He joined Goldman Sachs in 2013 as an associate and became a vice president in 2016. His focus is on financial services legislative and regulatory developments. He also covers cross-border trade, investment policy, and infrastructure. Prior to joining the firm, Steve was a Vice President of Public Policy and Advocacy at the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association. Previously, he served as Assistant Vice President at the Asia Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association in Hong Kong. Steve began his career at the Organization for International Investment in Washington. Steve earned both an MA and BA in History from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
